The work between the documents

Where does your team
still step in?

Your software may already read documents. The question is where people still reconcile fields, chase paperwork, or repeat a check.

01 / Re-key

The same detail. Entered again.

Which fields still move by hand from a PDF or an email into your operating system?

02 / Reconcile

Two documents. Two answers.

Where does your team compare counts, references, and shipment details when the file disagrees?

03 / Follow up

The paperwork. Still outstanding.

When does your team find a supporting-document gap, and who has to chase it?

From incoming documents to the next handoff

One shipment.
The whole document story.

Bring the file together. Find what needs attention.
Keep the next decision with your team.

Freight forwarders

Give your broker the whole picture.

Bring incoming documents together, resolve mismatches, and hand over the reviewed shipment file. The house bill, consignment note or packing list you issue starts in the same file and gets the same checks.

Complimentary Shipment Readiness Review

Let your own shipment file make the case.

Review up to three representative shipments. Find what needs attention, where handling repeats, and whether a measured pilot is worth pursuing. We confirm coverage and exclusions with you before interpreting the results. No account required.

See a sample review page and how the 14-day pilot runs.

1
Request a private link. Start with your name, email and company. We confirm the supported lane, goods, documents and exclusions with you as part of the review.
2
Share up to three shipments. Use representative files you are authorized to provide. The private upload page accepts individual files or a zip.
3
Decide on the evidence. Review source-linked findings, uncertainty, false alerts and baseline versus assisted handling effort. The next step may be no fit, a trial, or a controlled 14-day pilot.

Before you start

A few useful
distinctions.

Does CargoLint decide whether a shipment can clear?

CargoLint supports document preparation and review within its coverage. Your team makes classification, compliance, and filing decisions. A consistent file does not establish legal compliance or customs release.

We already have a TMS. Where does this fit?

Start with document checking that still happens in inboxes, PDFs, and spreadsheets. Export corrected PDFs and audit packets, or use the REST API and signed webhooks on Business and Enterprise. Direct TMS connectors are planned.

What if a document or destination is not fully supported?

Coverage statements identify checks that could not run. A recognized document may be kept as present without its fields being read. Destination guidance varies, and unknown facts remain visible for a reviewer to resolve.

What will the readiness review tell us?

We agree a supported lane, goods and document scope, then review up to three representative shipments. You get source-linked findings, uncertainty and false-alert disclosures, and a baseline-versus-assisted handling estimate that includes review and corrections. The recommendation may be no fit, a self-serve trial, a controlled 14-day pilot, or technical follow-up.
