Export a corrected PDF. From a reviewed document, choose Export corrected PDF. It renders every field exactly as you approved it - your corrections applied - and carries an audit version stamp, so it’s filing-ready. The messy scan stays in CargoLint; what you hand over is the clean version.

”Can it look like it came from us, not from a tool?”
Yes - set up branding once. In Settings → Organization, upload your logo and write a footer note for each document type, then switch on Include logo in exports and Include footnote in exports. From then on, every corrected PDF (and every generated packing list) carries your logo in the header and your footer at the bottom - no per-document work.
”What exactly does the broker receive?”
A PDF of the document’s reviewed data - branded, version-stamped, and matching what you approved. Your original upload is never altered, so you keep the source on file and share only the polished output.
”I need to send the whole shipment, not one document.”
Download an audit packet - a ZIP that bundles each document, the extracted fields as JSON, the corrections made (and by whom), and the compliance and cross-document consistency reports. It’s the filing-and-audit bundle for an entire shipment in one download.
